I hate it.
It's as subtle as a train wreck. It has nothing to do with any version of the MJ character I have ever seen. And, just in case there were any confusion, I find it anti-erotic. It is a giant bummer.
Dear darling marketers of comic book collectibles: you cannot compete with actual porn. On the Internet, for free, in five minutes, I can find any sex act imaginable in as much gooey detail as I can stand. More to the point, so can anyone with enough disposable income to purchase the MJ piece you're selling. You will never be allowed to produce the Mary Jane blow-up doll, so please stop sneaking up on that.
In case there is any confusion, I am a college educated straight white male between the ages of 18 and 34. I consume both porn and comics. I am your target demographic. And you will, because of this product, never ever get a penny of my money. Ever. You have killed my buzz.
Mary Jane Watson is pretty sexy, for a cartoon and all. Whoever that is doing laundry is not. If that statue weren't labeled, I would never recognize who that's supposed to be. If you mean to capitalize on the popularity of Spider-Man and his supporting cast... you're not doing a very good job.
